Service Description
A non-refundable booking fee will be required on making the initial appointment which will be taken off the balance of the service.
Cancellation Policy
New clients will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee, that is deducted from final payment. 24 hours cancellation notice is required per dog. Failure to inform me of cancellation in time will result in 50% payment of groom cost.
