Service Description

A non-refundable booking fee will be required on making the initial appointment which will be taken off the balance of the groom. I recommend dogs stick to a 6-8 week grooming schedule, this will keep the dogs coat in top condition as well as making sure the dog is comfortable and content with the grooming procedure.

Cancellation Policy

New clients will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee, that is deducted from final payment. 24 hours cancellation notice is required per dog. Failure to inform me of cancellation in time will result in 50% payment of groom cost.
